I can't remember if I've already written something about Balenciaga's latest fall collection. If not, then now. A lot of people know that I totally adore Audrey Hepburn, especially her costumes in her 60s movies. Back then she was the muse of Hubert de Givenchy. He himself designed those wonderful outfits to be seen in "Breakfast at Tiffany's", "How to steal a Million" or "Funny Face". I found a text he wrote about this connection, how it was meeting her and working with her and also with - tada! - Christobal Balenciaga. What an incident?!

Great! I sort of miss the days boys got raised in a suit and not wearing a tie gave you a bad boy appeal. I'm not d'accord with the seaman references. That's one thing I never understood about garments of that time.
Anyways, I'd totally appreciate, if people could look like John Steed and Emma Peel again. True Rock!
